CNAM (Caller Name Delivery) is the feature that shows your business name on the recipient’s phone when you make an outbound call. Instead of only showing your phone number, the person you call will see a short caller ID name, up to 15 characters. This helps build trust and increases the chance that your calls will be answered.
-
CNAM applies only to outbound voice calls within the United States. It does not apply to SMS, and the displayed name may vary depending on the carrier.
